B2N is committed to protecting Your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to our Website, including www.b2n.bg and our online store – https://b2n.bg/magazin/. This statement governs our data collection, processing and usage practices, duration of data storage and Your rights.

Data collection

When You visit our website, our server automatically stores data, sent out by Your browser, which we call “navigational information”. It may be information about Your computer and Your visits to the Website such as Your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, operation system, etc. None of this data can be linked to a specific person. This data is used for statistical analysis and as a means to improve Your browsing experience by personalizing the Website.

B2N does not trade personal information. We reserve the right to disclose Your personal data to the relevant authorities should we undergo a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy.

B2N is protecting Your personal data under EU directive from 27.04.2016, which deals with protection of individuals with regard to processing of personal data and data exchange directive 95/46/EU (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.

Please bear in mind there are always risks connected to data disclosure, regardless how the information was handled (by phone, in person or via internet). No technology is secure enough but B2N strives to take all necessary measures to be a safe platform so that the risk of data abuse is minimized. For example, when sensitive Personal Information (such as a credit card information) is collected in our store, it is protected by our third-party e-commerce provider.

Data storage

We keep personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose it is gathered.

We retain Personal Information that You provide us only for as long as we consider it necessary to fulfil the purpose of storage requirements and provide service to the customer. We remove any personal data within the legally set terms. In case no such terms are in place, we remove the data once we have fulfilled our business together. We do not store data indefinitely.
