The Meltio M450 3D printer achieves 99.98% density in printed parts with optimal mechanical properties, using the most widely available raw material on the market: ordinary metal wire.

Unique Technology
The Meltio M450 can produce complex metal components from both wire and powder. Working with metal wire ensures a cleaner and easier process, as well as 100% material utilization compared to residual powder. The ability to process metal powder allows the machine to mix materials to create new alloys with desired mechanical properties.
Large Working Volume in Compact Form
In its compact form, the Meltio 450 features a working chamber with dimensions of 150x200x450 mm. The printer operates cleanly without additional cleaning equipment for printing with metal powders, making it suitable even for office environments.
New Features and Applications
The isolated working chamber eliminates oxygen access during printing, allowing the Meltio M450 to work with reactive metals. The 3D printer not only creates new parts but also has the capability to repair, retrofit, and weld worn or broken parts.
Intuitive Management Software
The machine is equipped with a powerful onboard computer featuring a 17-inch display for managing slicing of models and real-time parameter adjustments during printing. Management can also be done remotely via tablet or computer with wireless connectivity.
