The BMF microArch® D1025 is an industrial micro-precision 3D printer from Boston Micro Fabrication’s Hybrid Resolution series. The system is powered by the patented Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology, which uses UV-LED light to photopolymerize liquid resin and create highly detailed micro-scale structures.

The key feature of the system is its dual resolution capability – 10µm and 25µm, which can be used separately or combined within the same print. This allows optimized production, using higher resolution for fine details and lower resolution for faster printing of larger structures.

The printer also includes several automation features such as automatic calibration, automated resin adjustment and intelligent printing parameters. These capabilities reduce setup time, improve efficiency and support integration into industrial manufacturing workflows.
