The BMF microArch® S140 is an industrial micro-precision 3D printer designed for applications requiring extremely high resolution and accuracy. The system uses Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology, where UV-LED light projects an image onto liquid photopolymer resin to create highly detailed micro-scale structures.

The printer offers 10 µm optical resolution and a layer thickness of 10–40 µm, enabling the production of intricate micro components with excellent dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finish. With a build volume of 94 × 52 × 45 mm, the system is suitable for both prototyping and small-batch production of precision micro parts.

The microArch® S140 is widely used in microfluidics, MEMS, medical devices, microelectronics, and scientific research, where high-precision microfabrication is required.
