The BMF microArch® S240 is an industrial micro-precision 3D printer designed for applications requiring extremely high resolution, accuracy and repeatability. The system uses patented Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology, where UV-LED light rapidly photopolymerizes liquid resin layer by layer to produce highly detailed micro-structures with resolutions down to 10 µm.

The S240 is part of BMF’s 10µm series and is specifically designed for industrial production. With a larger build volume of 100 × 100 × 75 mm, it enables the printing of larger components or higher throughput of small micro parts in a single build.

The system supports a wide range of engineering materials, including photopolymer resins and ceramics, allowing the production of functional components with excellent mechanical properties and surface quality. The microArch® S240 is widely used in medical device manufacturing, microelectronics, MEMS, microfluidics, biotechnology and research applications.
