The BMF microArch® S350 is an industrial micro-precision 3D printer designed for manufacturing micro-scale and small components with high accuracy and repeatability. The system uses the patented Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology, where UV-LED light rapidly photopolymerizes liquid resin layer by layer to create highly detailed micro-structures.

Part of BMF’s 25µm printer series, the S350 offers increased printing speed and throughput, making it suitable for industrial production of micro components. With a build volume of 100 × 100 × 50 mm, the system can produce larger parts or multiple components in a single build.

The printer also includes automation features such as automated resin management, a laser displacement sensor, advanced layer spreading system and optional robotic integration, enabling higher productivity and easier integration into industrial manufacturing environments.
