The EOS INTEGRA P 450 is an industrial polymer 3D printing system based on Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology. In this process, a laser selectively sinters polymer powder layer by layer, enabling the production of complex geometries without support structures.

The system is designed to bridge the gap between prototyping and serial production, offering high productivity, consistent part quality and flexible material processing capabilities.

Thanks to its 8 independently controlled heating zones, the printer provides uniform thermal distribution and reliable mechanical properties of produced parts. The integrated thermal imaging camera enables real-time monitoring and improved process quality control.

Its modular architecture allows easy servicing and upgrades of key components, making it suitable for industrial production environments and integration into automated workflows.
