The EOS P 500 is an industrial polymer 3D printing system based on Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology. In this process, a laser selectively sinters polymer powder layer by layer, enabling the creation of complex geometries without support structures.

The system is designed for industrial-scale additive manufacturing, providing high productivity, consistent part quality and the ability to automate the entire production workflow. Thanks to its dual-laser system and high-speed recoater, production times are significantly reduced while maintaining excellent part quality.

The EOS P 500 can process a wide range of polymer materials including PA12, PEKK and other high-performance thermoplastics, enabling the production of durable functional components with excellent mechanical properties.

The system is designed as an automation-ready manufacturing platform, allowing integration with industrial software solutions such as EOSPRINT, EOSCONNECT and EOS SYSTEM SUITE for digital production control.
