The EOS P 770 is an industrial polymer 3D printing system based on Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology. In this process, a laser selectively sinters polymer powder layer by layer, enabling the production of complex geometries without support structures.

The system is designed for high-throughput industrial manufacturing, offering a very large build volume of 700 × 380 × 580 mm. This enables the production of large components or multiple parts in a single build cycle, significantly reducing production costs.

The printer features two 70 W CO₂ lasers that operate simultaneously and enable production rates of up to 5.6 liters per hour, making it suitable for industrial serial production.

The EOS P 770 supports a wide range of polymer materials including PA11, PA12, TPU and other engineering thermoplastics, allowing the production of durable functional components with excellent mechanical properties.

With advanced process control, optimized thermal management and integrated software such as EOS SYSTEM SUITE, the system can be easily integrated into digital manufacturing environments and automated production lines.
