Each Fuse 1 3D printer includes one movable working chamber, which transfers to the Fuse Sift after completing the print job. In the Fuse Sift, printed parts cool down and are cleaned, while the used powder is recycled. If you have an additional mobile working chamber, you can load a new model for printing as soon as the previous job finishes without waiting for the cleaned model in the Fuse Sift.
Fuse 1 Stand
With the specially designed stand for the Fuse 1, you elevate the 3D printer to a convenient height for servicing the working chamber and operating the touchscreen display.
Fuse 1 Optical Container
Before printing on any SLS 3D printer, the operator needs to clean the optics, often involving dismantling complex assemblies. The optics in the Fuse 1 are protected in a special cassette/container that can be removed and reinstalled without additional tools or expertise.
Each Fuse 1 3D printer includes 2 mobile optical containers to facilitate uninterrupted workflow—swap the new one in while cleaning the used one.
Fuse Sift 150 Sieve
While printed details are cleaned in the Fuse Sift device, unsintered powder is separated and sent back under the working chamber. The sieve filters the powder until it is clean enough for reuse. The material is stored in a separate container and can be mixed with new powder for the next print job.
