The UltiMaker Factor 4 with Printer Station is a complete industrial 3D printing solution that combines the powerful Factor 4 printer with a dedicated Printer Station for enhanced stability and safety. It is designed for environments requiring maximum reliability and repeatability in production.

The Printer Station provides an anti-tilt, secure mounting system that improves operational safety and usability in industrial settings.

The Factor 4 features direct dual extrusion and an actively controlled heated chamber (up to 70°C), ensuring excellent mechanical properties and minimal warping. With nozzle temperatures up to 340°C, it supports high-performance and high-temperature materials.

An automated material handling system (up to 6 spools with humidity control below 15%), HEPA filtration, and integrated process monitoring provide a fully controlled and predictable production workflow.
