The WASP FGF Extruder is a high-performance 3D printing extruder based on FGF (Fused Granulate Fabrication) technology, enabling direct printing from polymer pellets. It significantly reduces material costs and supports a wide range of technical, recycled, and reinforced materials.
With an output of up to 2.5 kg/h and a hotend temperature of up to 350 °C, it is designed for industrial 3D printing and large-scale functional parts. The FIRECAP system, with a heated chamber reaching up to 150 °C, ensures excellent interlayer adhesion.
The extruder features interchangeable nozzles, two independent heating zones, high-performance cooling, and compatibility with glass fiber and carbon fiber reinforced materials.
