The WASP LDM Extruder 3.0 is a compact and lightweight extruder for 3D printing with ceramic and fluid-dense materials, based on LDM (Liquid Deposition Modeling) technology. It is suitable for clay, porcelain, stoneware, earthenware, and refractory materials.
Its specialized extrusion screw provides precise material flow control, smooth retraction, and fast extrusion shut-off during movements or pauses. The extruder supports nozzle diameters from 1.2 to 3 mm, a maximum particle size of Ø 0.3 mm, and an output of up to 2.5 l/h.
With a weight of only 0.8 kg and compact dimensions of 7 × 20 × 10 cm, the LDM Extruder 3.0 is suitable for WASP 3D printers as well as integration into robotic systems.
