The CORE One L PP Powder-Coated Print Sheet is a spring-steel build plate with a powder-coated surface designed for the Original Prusa CORE One L printer. It is optimized for printing polypropylene materials, which typically have poor adhesion on standard textured or satin sheets. The specialized coating improves first-layer adhesion, enabling reliable printing of PP parts.

The sheet features a lightly textured finish similar to satin powder-coated plates, providing consistent adhesion and stability during printing. It is particularly suitable for materials such as Prusament PP, including reinforced variants.

The flexible spring-steel plate can be easily removed from the printer’s magnetic heatbed to simplify part removal. Cleaning is recommended with isopropyl alcohol (IPA), and acetone should not be used, as it can damage the surface and reduce adhesion properties.
