HOW DO WE SHIP THE PRODUCTS?
We offer two delivery methods:
1. courier company (valid for all products). When choosing this type of delivery, the products will be delivered directly to the address specified by you or to a selected courier office in your city.
Depending on the selected payment method, you can choose “STANDARD DELIVERY” or “CASH ON DELIVERY”.
2. Personal delivery by our employee when the order is for 3D printers / scanners and you have requested training and installation by our expert in addition to delivery. This service is charged according to a pre-approved price list of B2N Ltd.
If you wish, you can also pick up your ordered products from one of our offices in Plovdiv or Sofia, only after prior confirmation of availability by our employee and receipt of payment via bank transfer.
BY COURIER COMPANY
We mainly ship our parcels with ECONT.
Within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, products can be shipped via other courier companies of your choice (Speedy, DHL, TNT, etc.). If you have a client number that you wish to use for shipments at your expense, you can include this requirement as a note in your order.
Upon request, the shipment can be insured according to the insurance rates of the selected courier company.
Order processing and delivery time:
Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day are usually processed and handed over to the courier the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 or on a non-working day are usually processed on the next working day.
- The delivery time for in-stock products within the country is 1 to 2 working days, depending on the services of the different courier companies and the selected service type.
- The delivery time for products that are not in stock at the time of the order will be additionally confirmed via email or phone.
- Saturday delivery: if you would like your shipment to be delivered on Saturday, please make sure to specify this request in your order.
B2N Ltd. is not responsible for delayed deliveries in cases where incorrect or inaccurate delivery details are provided in the order – address, name, phone number, or due to delays on the part of the courier company.
Delivery cost:
The delivery cost for products shipped via courier is calculated based on the total transport volume of all ordered goods, their weight and value when choosing the “Cash on Delivery” service, as well as additional fees such as priority delivery time or SMS notification if requested in your order.
The delivery cost for your order will be additionally confirmed via phone call or email, after which we will proceed with shipping the order.
Estimated delivery prices via courier company:
- Single products with small volume and dimensions up to 2 kg: 7 – 9 BGN (excluding cash on delivery fee).
- Single products with medium volume and dimensions / or an order of several small products: 12 – 19 BGN (excluding cash on delivery fee).
- Large-size products (3D printers): 45 – 90 BGN including insurance, excluding cash on delivery fee.
COURIER DELIVERY OPTIONS
Depending on the ordered products and the selected payment method, you can choose one of the following options:
Standard delivery (for prepaid orders):
With this type of delivery, we ship the products to your specified address or courier office, and you only pay the courier the delivery cost according to the courier’s tariff. You can request this service only if you have chosen to pay for the ordered products via bank transfer. After receiving your payment, we will ship your order the same day or at the latest on the next working day.
Cash on delivery
With this type of delivery, in addition to the transport cost, you will also pay the courier the value of the ordered products upon receiving the shipment. The courier company will provide you with a receipt for the postal money transfer.
PAYMENT METHODS
When ordering products from our online store, you can choose the following payment methods:
1. Cash on delivery (Postal Money Transfer)
With this payment method, you will pay the courier the value of the product(s), and they will provide you with a receipt for the payment.
2. Bank transfer
If you choose this payment method, our consultant will contact you by phone or email to confirm the availability of the selected products and the final amount due. You will receive a proforma invoice for payment. After we receive your payment, we will ship your order with the courier you have selected.
