WASP HDP XXL Extruder

The WASP HDP XXL is a high-performance FGF extruder designed for large-scale 3D printing using high volumes of technical and recycled thermoplastic materials. With an output of up to 13 kg/h and nozzle diameters from 3 to 20 mm, it is designed for fast and precise production of large parts.

The extruder features a powerful 1500W closed-loop brushless motor, three independent heating zones, and precise temperature control up to 350 °C. It supports pellets up to Ø 6 mm and a wide range of materials, including PLA, ABS, PP, TPE, TPU, and PETG.

The HDP XXL is designed for integration with robotic systems through CEREBRO and is suitable for industrial applications, large-scale printing, and processing technical and recycled materials.
