WASP LHDP Extruder

The WASP LHDP Extruder is a high-performance FGF extruder designed for direct pellet 3D printing, developed for robotic systems and technical material applications. With nozzle diameters from 0.4 to 2 mm and an output of up to 500 g/h, it provides precise and reliable extrusion.

The extruder features a 50V NEMA 23 stepper motor with gearbox, a maximum hotend temperature of 500 °C, and the FIRECAP system with localized heating up to 300 °C, improving interlayer adhesion and surface quality.

The LHDP is compatible with PLA, ABS, and PP pellets and is designed for integration into advanced robotic 3D printing systems.
